Refunds and Returns
HairByMo wishes all customers to be entirely satisfied with their purchases and hence offers a comprehensive exchange and refund service. Please email first instance.
If once you receive your hair/products and for any reason are unhappy then you can return them to us for a full refund (minus delivery costs). Our only stipulation is that the products are returned unopened, unused, untampered and in saleable condition.
You can return your products for a full refund to the address below. Email us at and let us know what products you are returning. Please ensure they are packaged safely and securely. HairByMo cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged during the returns process. We therefore request that you ask for a Certificate of Posting when returning products by post. Once we have received the item(s) a refund will be actioned within 14 days.
If for any reason you have been sent the wrong product or desired length and it is our fault, we will be happy to pay for the return postage cost and send you out the correct product at no additional charge. In the first instance, please contact us at and we will give you instructions with the procedure to return the item(s).
If you have placed an order and subsequently wish to change your original product choice, or accidentally placed an order for the wrong product, we will be happy to exchange or refund you for the original product.
Please note: You will be required to pay the return delivery charge and any other subsequent costs incurred. Goods must be returned in an undamaged, unopened, untampered and saleable condition within 14 days of receipt at the customer's expense.
Due to health and safety regulations we cannot accept returns (subject to our discretion) of the products if the packaging has been opened.
